Tickets that are lost, misplaced, or forgotten cannot be replaced. If a ticket is stolen or not received in the mail, the only way to receive a duplicate is by supplying a copy of the filed police report. Customer service may be reached by email only:

If the site no longer shows available seats, or groups of seats, then the selected category or performance is sold out. Please check the availability for other categories or performances.

Lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Check your confirmation email to confirm that you did not select pick-up from will call. If you did select the will call option, make sure to arrive at the theater with a copy of the confirmation email and an ID card. If you did not receive your e-tickets, enter your username and password to log in to your account and download them. Go to, choose your package, and click «My account». Whether you chose will call or e-tickets, the people who received your tickets will need to bring a copy of your ID card to the theater.

Tickets cannot be exchanged.

Dinner and Show package:
The doors will open starting at 7:30 pm on the evening of the show, and you will be seated by the Fouquet’s team. The maître d’hôtel determines the seating arrangement every evening before the doors open. The reservations department cannot tell you exactly where you will be seated. Doors open at 7:30 pm for the dinner show.

Champagne and Show package:
your seat number will be chosen when you make your reservation and will appear on your ticket. Doors open at 8:00 pm for the champagne show.

Show only:
your seat number will be chosen when you make your reservation and will appear on your ticket. Doors open at 8:20 pm for the show only.

Sneakers, shorts, bermuda shorts, and athletic wear are not allowed. You are not required to wear a suit and tie, but proper attire is recommended.

We do not offer valet service. The closest parking lots are in the Vinci lots at 149 Rue Saint-Denis and 43 bis Boulevard de Sébastopol.

You can reach the the theater by metro. The closest station is Strasbourg-Saint-Denis (lines 4/8/9).

You may leave items in the cloakroom as long as space is available. We recommend keeping any valuables with you.

You can easily follow the show no matter what language you speak.

Filming video and taking photos at any point during the show is prohibited.
We recommend picking up the program, which includes photos of the scenes presented during the show.

There is no vegetarian menu; the only menus available are those indicated when making your reservation.
The Fouquet's menu depends on the seasonality of its ingredients.
Naturally, any selections will meet the same high standards for an equally high-end experience.

If you are not satisfied with all or part of your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.
You will be reimbursed for the value of the product purchased. The refund will be credited to the credit or debit card used to place the order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the products.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
